Mission

Mary is the model for each Sister as Bride and Handmaid of the Lord, as a companion of her SON under the Cross, and as Mother of the Church and Intercessor for the world. With Our Lady, the Holy Guardian Angel and all the Holy Angels are God-given support, models and companions in our mission, to whom we bind ourselves by consecration.

We pray and sacrifice especially for the Holy Father and the Bishops – especially for the Bishop of our own diocese, his concerns and his priests. Our help for priests consists above all in spiritual support through prayer, sacrifice and living our bond with God, but it also involves active help in domestic and administrative areas, in the secretariat and management, in retreat work, and in the ministry to families, children and youth.

Here in Carrollton, OH, we have our secretariat of the Opus Angelorum for the United States, helping thousands of members through OA Retreats, consecrations and circular letters. Our Sisters aid our priests in domestic and secretary needs. So the priests are free for preaching retreats throughout the United States.
